More about Stocking Fillers
Nothing here is over a tenner.
That is the whole rule. Over 200 things at the moment, every one of them in stock, and more than a third under £5. The cheapest is 99p. Stockings, Secret Santa, advent pockets, teacher presents, or the bit of the present pile that stops one child looking hard done by.
Under £5
Rex London do the small stuff better than anyone: a set of four biscuit erasers at £3, cat-shaped paper clips at £3, invisible ink spy pens at £4, and animal pencil sharpeners from £1.99. Beyond those there are fridge magnets from Mint Publishing at £4, Edinburgh washi tape at £4, and a pack of five book-inspired pencils at £4.50.
£5 to £10
This is where most of it sits. Bamboo socks are the reliable one, and we have more than thirty pairs: Shhh I'm Reading and Grumpy Old Man both £6.99. There are over fifty keyrings, including a Lucky Toadstool at £5 and a Flaming Dice Y2K at £6. Rainbow soap is £4.99, a Mojave cat tea bag dish £7.50, a cherry ceramic trinket dish £8, and a wine cork bottle opener £9.
For the ones who are hard to buy for
Cat Personality Test cards at £7, a Stress Poo at £7.99, and a sheep tape measure at £9.99 that we have sold more of than makes any sense. If you are buying for someone who says they do not want anything, start here.
Five you will only find in the shop
Five pieces on this page are High Street Exclusives, stocked at our King Street shop rather than online: enamel pins at £3.99, a seagull and ice cream token at £6, Hello Dolly socks at £8, Percy the Pug keyring at £7.99 and a black Shakespeare bookworm keyring at £9. Worth knowing if you are coming into Stirling anyway.
Everything else we post across the UK, and delivery is free over £50, which a stocking's worth of this will comfortably reach. For the bigger presents, see our Christmas gifts, or browse everything else we sell under £10.
Frequently asked questions
How much should a stocking filler cost?
Most people spend £3 to £8 a piece and put four or five in. That is why we capped this collection at £10: you can fill a whole stocking from this page for about £25 without doing sums.
Is this any good for Secret Santa?
Yes, and it is the main reason people use it. Typical office limits are £5 or £10, and everything here clears both. The Cat Personality Test cards, the Stress Poo and the funnier socks are the ones that get the laugh.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
If you order in good time, yes. Stock is genuinely thin on a lot of these, often one or two of a design, so December is not the month to be picky. Check our delivery page for the last posting dates, or come and pick things up from 19 King Street.
